Bad Bunny and adidas Originals present their first shoes Forum

Bad Bunny and adidas Originals announce their collaboration commitment and seal it during the artist's birthday with the Forum Buckle Low aka El Primer Café sneakers.

Last March 10 was the birthday of one of the most original artists of reggaeton and urban music. Yes, we are talking about Bad Bunny himself. And one of the first to congratulate the artist was the sports brand adidas Originals which, through Instagram, welcomed the artist into the clover family with a photo of Benito Martínez Ocasio himself having a glass of milk and a piece of cake first thing in the morning. A little later, on Saturday March 13, the brand sent a message to Bad Bunny again saying: "nothing better than starting the morning with your first coffee." It was the announcement of the first release of the collaboration between Bad Bunny and adidas Originals. The adidas Forum Buckle Low shoes re-baptized as El Primer Café in honor of the colors that reign in the breakfasts of the most famous Puerto Rican of the moment.

A collaboration that confirms that Latin is more fashionable than ever among sports brands. A few months ago we saw how Nike signed a great collaboration with a Latin artist, the Colombian J Balvin, which materialized in a rainbow Air Jordan 1. And now adidas is doing the same with Bad Bunny, also their first major collaboration with a Latin artist. And it is that the world of fashion, sports and music have a lot to do with it. They are all signings.

The collaboration between Bad Bunny and adidas Originals promises to be a long-term relationship, in the style of Pharrell Williams, with one-off releases over the next few seasons. A time in which the musical production of the artist will slow down considerably, as announced after the release of his latest album, The Last Tour of the World.

Bad Bunny himself has declared himself a bit of a sneakerhead since he was a child. Sneakers have always been one of the key pieces of his look. "They are something that defines you," says the artist who also feels super happy to walk with his own shoes. The new Forum Buckle Low El Primer Café sneakers designed based on the color range that defines the musician. A classic sneaker from 1984 that was born from basketball and is now interpreted in the typical colors of coffee, with a premium leather upper and suede details. This first Bad Bunny shoe will go on sale on March 17 at 10:00 a.m. Its price: 160 euros.
