Six battalions marked the future of twelve freestylers
At stake is an international final, nothing more and nothing less. Up to twelve rappers (Aczino, Gazir, Mnak, Rapder, Klan, Nitro, Force, Skone, Sweet Pain, Chuty, Stuart and Botta) left their voices and ingenuity in the Semifinals of the USN World Summer Cup, with an outcome that leaves aroma of Latin talent. The next appointment with freestyle is on Friday, July 23 in Madrid.
The dynamics to follow in the Semifinals is not difficult to understand, but it does require some explanation. To begin with, all those classified after the first phase (12 freestylers) are divided into four groups, which will compete in two combined subgroups and only the best four of every two composite groups qualify. The winners of these Semifinals (8 competitors) will go directly to the "final" bracket in Valencia, which we show below.
The greatest international talent, in the USN Semifinals
The first phase of this USN World Summer Cup had six dates developed in two weeks. Almost the entire Spanish territory was traveled in search of the fittest rappers on the international circuit, where only the most prepared competitors were able to survive, to continue giving a show in the Semifinals that will take place in Alicante (Sunday, July 25) and Madrid .
Gazir falls against Nitro and the international champion of Red Bull prevails over Mnak
If anyone thought the USN World Summer Cup Semifinals would be a mere formality, they couldn't be more wrong. In the first battle held in Barcelona, the first surprise came, as Gazir, undoubtedly one of the favorites on the international circuit, fell against a plugged-in Nitro who put the direct drive to blow up the classification.
Some, suspected of being nationalists and sometimes "colorados", also saw Mnak as superior in his duel against Rapder, but the current Red Bull champion taught another lesson. The battle was billed as a clash between "two of the deepest voices on the scene", but the spicy tone was maintained throughout the format and ended up falling on the side of those more accustomed to the most spicy food.
Aczino proves that gold does not rust and Botta is returned to the shoe store
Aczino's competitive break left some doubts, which the Mexican was in charge of solving by beating the Klan without problem. The six Semifinals that took place in Barcelona could be followed at U-Beat, and it will also be the virtual headquarters for the remainder of the championship. FMS retirees keep the level intact
A difficult role faced both Stuart and Force. Although something more was expected of the Argentine, after consummating himself as champion of his country in FMS, none could do anything before the impressive level offered by Chuty and Skone.
