The cagoulWe recently told you about this garment, surprisingly a phenomenon in our streets right now in GQ. However, its origin is clearly a garment to protect yourself from the cold and it is not strange to see it as a more or less common après-ski garment. It is a kind of jersey-kangaroo, which protects very well from the cold and is waterproof. But it is also hyper aesthetic and the main brands are dying to make their own. It was born in the 60s as a light anorak and in the 80s the one that is perhaps best known is manufactured, the one from the Napapijri brand known as the Skidoo jacket; Initially, yes, it was only for snow explorers. Over the years it has become a normal sport garment and, today, a massive trend.

The pantsThe classic model of ski pants is the so-called Norwegian, a type of pants made of technical fabric (waterproof and cold), wide and with a high waist. However, there are many other variants that are easier to adapt to other looks. For example, pants like Stirrup or with 'fuseau', basically a rubber that joins the end of the pants with our foot, preventing them from riding up and facilitating the placement of the boot. Last year they were a street trend and brands like Dsquared2 have readapted it to the current style: technical fabric but with darts and in dark tones. For skiing and, why not, also for a cold walk in Madrid.
