How much money does Alejandra Agulló earn for creating content on TikTok?: "I can't complain, I earn very well"

Forbes magazine has published the list of the six tiktokers that have earned the most money during the year 2021. Between all of them, who have in common that they are under 25 years of age, they have pocketed a total of 55 million dollars (almost €48.5 million). The first two on the list are the D'Amelio sisters, Charli and Dixie, while the third is Addison Rae. The three also share nationality, since they are from the United States.

Charli D'Amelio, just 17 years old, is the tiktoker who earned the most money in 2021: 17.5 million dollars (almost 15.5 million euros). The young woman has 133 million followers on TikTok and is the image of a brand of teeth aligners, a cosmetics brand and a donut franchise. She also, along with her sister, has her own clothing brand (Social Tourist) and stars in her own television series ('The D'Amelio Show').

Dixie D'Amelio, who is almost three years older than her sister and therefore 20 years old, entered 10 million dollars (8.8 million euros). Addison Rae, who is 21 years old, pocketed 8.5 million dollars (7.5 million euros). With 86 million followers on TikTok, she has starred in a movie for Netflix ('He's All That') and has signed a contract with the platform, is the image of the clothing brand American Eagle and has her own makeup brand (Iten Beauty) .

Alejandra Agulló: "If you work hard you can carve out a pretty good future"

'Zapeando' has taken advantage of the Forbes list to interview Alejandra Agulló, one of the stars of TikTok in Spain. The tiktoker is known as 'square face' because it is a filter that became fashionable in the pandemic, when she rose to fame, and that is her hallmark. The young woman from Madrid, who is a marketing student, is dedicated to making funny videos with her mother and her sister, and she has 3,300,000 followers.

Lorena Castell, presenter of 'Zapeando' replacing a Dani Mateo who has been infected with Covid-19 and is isolated and confined to her home, has asked her if she can make a living creating content on TikTok. "The truth is that it is very strong, especially that of the D'Amelio sisters, it seems incredible to me. I think that if you work hard and create content every day you can carve out a pretty good future for yourself," replied Alejandra Agulló.

"If you want to know how much I earn, call my representative"

The host of the La Sexta entertainment program and the rest of the collaborators of 'Zapeando' have wanted to know how much money Alejandra Agulló can earn per month. "I can't complain, I earn very well. If you want to know how much I earn, call my representative and he will gladly tell you," replied the 24-year-old tiktoker from Madrid, who explained that the application pays a salary to each creator of content and the rest of the income depends on the advertising campaigns that you can star in.

The answer has not satisfied Lorena Castell, who has questioned her if she earns more than 5,000 euros each month. "I say again that I can't complain, that I'm doing well," Alejandra Agulló has reiterated, stating that she doesn't care about charging 5 euros or 5,000 euros. "I am happy with everything they give me, as if they give me 5 euros. With 5 euros I am the happiest person in the world," the marketing student assured.
