The Castellanomonchega capital has since this summer with a gourmet food service at home.'Komo' is an initiative of the Toledo chef Miguel Ángel López, who bets on the international cuisine "made with passion", "made with care and taking care of every detail."
Orders will have to be requested on the 'Komo' website one week in advance."The chef prepares it exclusively and delivers it to hand until taking care of the last detail, also giving the most interesting advice to take out all the benefit and be able to taste them as in the best of restaurants," explains López, who studied at the school ofHost Kitchen Le Cordon Bleu, in Madrid.
Komo will offer in principle three special menus: Komledo, Komorís and Komokio, each of them inspired by the Toledo, Paris and Tokyo cities."International menus with quality ingredients," says the chef.
In the case of the Komledo menu you can taste a leek dish with potato foam -a low temperature eggs -, confit cod -on a spinach base -, marinated dam -a holm eggplantWhite -with black garlic.

On its side, the Komorís menu is made up of a dish of confident vegetables -on a pâte brisée tartlet -a pacifer of lubina -with vegetable Étuvée -, duckbarrow -cho apple compote- and a crème brûléedessert.
Finally, the Komokio menu offers a sushi -8 makis and 4 nigiris tray -Teriyaki chicken skewers -with confitred vegetables -, Donburi Katsudon -chatted with a rice and egg base -and Matcha tea truffles.
